This exciting new Kimberley tour experience takes you on a search for the biggest, oldest and ugliest Boab Tree's in the Kimberley.

This adventure experience enables you to travel some of the Kimberley's oldest 4 W/D stock routes between Derby and Wyndham.
Explore stock routes such as the Gibb River Road, the Kurunji Stock route, the King River Road and the Windjana-Tunnel Creek Road.
Along with your adventure your observations will also help our scientists to put together the true Kimberley history and story of the origins and distribution of the Kimberley Boab tree.

The largest boab tree in the Kimberley was recorded on one of these adventures and measured at 37.4 metres in circumference. Your participation on one of these adventures will help towards ongoing research in the Kimberley. Each person contributes, within the cost of the tour $25 per head towards the Kimberley Specialists Research fund.

This 7 day adventure starts and ends in Kununurra.
Food, Swag and mosquito dome. Wine with dinner. Solar showers.

Kimberley Specialists in Tourism has a full commitment to long term land care and environmental and cultural sustainability, and as part of this commitment, a $25 per head 'enviro' levy is included in the tour cost. This is administered by a recognised landcare group to go towards various environmental, cultural and land care projects.
